Well it’s taken some time, but I’m delighted to tell you that… drum roll…

Mission: To Manage is finally available as an audiobook on both Audible UK and Audible US.
 
I know parents aren’t meant to boast about their children, but I do love this little book, and really believe in its power to give the new and inexperienced manager everything they need to become a respected leader of their team.  
 
More importantly, the feedback that I’ve had from those who’ve read it confirms that it’s a really helpful guide not only to managing well, but also to finding real enjoyment in managing people – something that very few managers do.
