With 27 years’ senior management experience with McDonald’s, and another dozen working with successful small businesses, Marianne knows what it takes to build both the systems and the high performing, highly-engaged teams you need to scale, grow or sell your business. Marianne loves creating new ways to make systems and structure more accessible to business owners who want the benefits they bring without the ‘pain’ of putting them in place.

Our Operations Manager and principal lead for our Done For You service. Harriet brings a wealth of varied experience from different industries to the team, having been an employee, a manager, and a small business owner in her professional life to date. Harry combines a love of detail and organisation with a natural flair for building both effective and fun client relationships. Service isn’t a word to Harry – it’s a state of mind.
